This Privacy Policy applies to the online shop of Resineco Composites (https://www.resineco.com/gb/, , tienda.resineco.com), as well as to the applications and other products and services that you may contract through the website. To this end, and under the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy, Resineco may communicate your personal data to transport companies, where this is necessary for the provision of the delivery service.

This Privacy Policy may be modified but we will notify you via the website or by other means so that you are aware of the modifications and can continue to use our "Services". By continuing to use our "Services" after we have communicated the changes to you, you agree to the changes, unless your express consent is required.

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

For what purpose do we process your data?

At Resineco we may process your personal data for the following purposes:

Contact: Manage your personal data when you contact with Resineco through the contact form. Your data will also be processed in order to manage the queries you send us through the channels provided for this purpose on our website.

Chat: manage your query when you communicate with us, either for a consultation or for any other request you send us. Please note that for security and service quality reasons, the conversation you start in the chat may be recorded.

Work with us: manage the reception of the CVs that you send us by e-mail, as well as the personal data generated as a result of your participation in the selection processes organised by Resineco, we will use your data to analyse your professional profile in view of vacant or newly created positions. We inform you that we will keep your data for a period of less than one year in case in the future we understand that you fit any of the existing job profiles.

Client Area Registration: manage your registration in the Client Area, as well as other additional data that may be generated for the purpose of managing the requests you register through the Client Area, and in summary of your relationship with us.through registration in the Client Area and, by means thereof, you may: manage the data included therein.

Purchase of products: to manage the purchase of products, as well as any subsequent data that may arise from the relationship with Resineco. In the contracting procedure, data relating to the credit card or Paypal account may be requested, among other things, in the case of a purchase through this system, which will be communicated to the entity that manages the payment. This request will be made for the main purpose of card validation and payment of the services required for the purchase of the product.

Advertising of own products and services: Resineco may send you, by post, email, SMS and other means of electronic communication, advertising or news about our products and services.

Retention of data for the purpose of sending advertising for products and services from Resineco: as long as you have authorised it, Resineco will process your personal data once the contractual relationship has ended in order to send you advertising related to our own services, both general and adapted to your characteristics.

The processing of your CV data is based on the voluntary submission of your CV and its storage, in the legitimate interest of our Human Resources department.

The sending of advertising for our own products may be based on the legitimate interest of Resineco when you register in the Customer Area or purchase a product. In all other cases, as well as when the advertising is from third parties, the processing of your data will be based on the consent you have given us, which we will retain until you request the deletion or opposition to the processing of your personal data.

Enrichment of your data from external sources is based on your consent.

To whom is your data communicated?

In the event that you purchase a product through the online shop, your data will be communicated to the entities responsible for the management of the payment, as well as to the following entities, responsible for the provision of the transport service as listed below:

How long will we keep your data?

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to provide the service or as long as you do not withdraw your consent. Subsequently, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, which implies its blocking, being available only at the request of Judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Administrations during the period of limitation of the actions that may arise and, after this, we will proceed to its complete elimination.
