Acrylic pigment for Jesmonite resin. It is applied to a maximum of 2% by weight. With the AC100 resin the most vivid colors are obtained by having a higher acrylic resin content.
Pigments are sold by weight and each color has a different density, so for some colors it may appear that the bottle is only half full. Especially white, oxides and terracotta.

Jesmonite AC100 is an acrylic composite material supplied in two parts, a powder and a liquid. It can be used to create decorative elements or fibreglass-reinforced laminates and can be pigmented using a wide range of water-based pigments. It is also possible to add a range of decorative and/or functional fillers in order to achieve an even broader spectrum of technical and aesthetic characteristics.
Jesmonite AC100 can be used both indoors and outdoors, although in outdoor cases, the application of a product that seals the material is recommended. It is fire resistant, achieving Class "0" under UK Building Regulations BS476 (parts 6&7). Due to its solvent-free formulation, AC100 can be cast without damaging the silicone in the moulds and without volume restrictions. It is dimensionally stable thanks to its low exothermic reaction and has very low expansion (1 mm/linear metre).
AC100 is supplied in separate liquid and powder containers, with the mixing ratio varying depending on the load to be used (decorative or functional). The standard casting and laminating system requires a ratio of 2.5 parts AC100 powder to 1 part AC100 liquid by weight. We have a range of materials available that are specifically designed for optimal results, such as stone and metal fillers, thixotropic agents, retardants, pigments and fibreglass reinforcements.
