1. PURCHASING
Purchases made from RESINECO are subject to the regulations in force and the rest of the concordant legislation, the sales operations being understood to have been carried out in our shop located at: Carrer del Rec Molinar Nau 3D - 08160 Montmeló (Barcelona - Espanya).

Purchases made from RESINECO will be subject to the payment of Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the regulations in force for natural or legal persons resident in Member States of the European Union and for those resident in non-EU countries.
2. SALE OF PRODUCTS
The characteristics of the products and their prices will appear on the screen and will be those corresponding to them, unless there is an error or omission. The articles will be available for sale while stocks last. The prices shown on the screen are in Euros (?), include VAT, are those in force and are valid at the time of acceptance of the order by RESINECO, unless there is a typing error or omission.
The offers are duly marked and identified as such. They are valid for as long as they appear on the website. Acceptance of an order implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions. The order confirmation sent by RESINECO is not valid as an invoice.
3. FORMALISATION OF THE ORDER.
Customers wishing to make a purchase at RESINECO must view these General Conditions of Purchase, which are included in the corresponding section of the Information section of the home page. The formalisation of an order will be understood to be carried out under the full acceptance of the General Conditions contained on this page. Together with the order, the customer will receive a ticket or invoice issued by RESINECO.
The receipt or invoice issued by RESINECO is valid as manufacturer's warranty.
The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer, within the stipulated times according to the service corresponding to the shipping method used.
The invoice will always be sent in electronic PDF format to the e-mail address provided by the customer. It should not be printed if it is not necessary and in this way we all contribute to the protection of the environment.
4. OFFICIAL GUARANTEE
RESINECO guarantees the quality of the products it markets, but cannot guarantee their performance or their application, which are beyond its control.
RESINECO will provide the customer with the technical and safety data sheets of the products purchased.
5. INSURANCE
At RESINECO we understand the risks involved in shipping goods, which is why we make it a priority to insure this part of our service. All goods are insured for their full value against loss, theft or damage.
6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. The materials marketed by RESINECO are susceptible to ageing due to the passage of time. We only accept returns of defective material within 15 days from the date of purchase.
2. To begin the exchange or return process, the customer must send an e-mail to info@resineco.com, you can also call us on our telephone number 93 001 25 87, indicating the reason for the exchange or return. For returns, you must provide us with your bank details so that we can make a transfer in your favour when we receive the product. In the case of an exchange, the customer must specify the characteristics of the new article (reference, measurements, colour, etc.)
3. Any product to be exchanged or returned must always be returned with the original packaging, packaging and labelling intact, suitably packaged and properly protected. The item to be returned or exchanged must be in the same condition in which it was received, which will be determined by our experts.
4. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for custom-made items (fibre cut to size, RAL colours on request or special formats).
5. If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part as far as shipping is concerned, RESINECO will send its transport company to pick up the package at the place where the customer received it (If there is any change of address the customer must specify in the same message of point 2). Obviously, RESINECO will be responsible for all the expenses derived from the return or exchange and subsequent dispatch of the correct order in the case of exchange. Upon receipt of the package, we will check the good condition of the product and that it was indeed a negligence on our part. Within 7 working days of receipt in our warehouse, we will proceed to send the new product in the case of exchange and the amount in the case of return. The amount of the refund will be paid to the customer using the same method of payment of the original order.
7. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We will only ask you for data that is necessary for the provision of the requested service and will only be used for this purpose.
This website uses Google Analytics technology to collect visitor behavioural data. This data is collected anonymously for marketing and optimisation purposes. All visitor data is stored with an anonymous identifier to build up a usage profile. Cookies may be used to collect and store this data but are anonymous. The data will not be used to identify a visitor personally and will not be aggregated with any personal information.
