1. PURCHASES
Purchases made from RESINECO are subject to current regulations and other relevant legislation, with sales transactions understood to be carried out at our shop located at: Carrer del Rec Molinar Nau 3D - 08160 Montmeló (Barcelona - Spain).
Purchases made from RESINECO shall be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with current regulations for individuals or legal entities resident in Member States of the European Union and for those resident in non-EU countries.
2. SALE OF PRODUCTS
The characteristics of the products and their prices will appear on the screen and will be those corresponding to the products, except in the case of error or omission. Items will be available for sale while stocks last. The prices indicated on the screen are in Euros (?), include VAT, are current and are valid at the time of acceptance of the order by RESINECO, except in the case of typographical error or omission.
Offers are duly marked and identified as such. They are valid for as long as they appear on the website. Acceptance of an order implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions. The order confirmation sent by RESINECO is not valid as an invoice.
3. PLACING AN ORDER.
Customers wishing to make a purchase from RESINECO must read these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, which are included in the corresponding section of the Information section on the home page. The formalisation of an order shall be understood to have been made under the full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions contained on this page. Together with the order, the customer will receive a receipt or invoice issued by RESINECO.
The receipt or invoice issued by RESINECO is valid as a manufacturer's warranty.
The products will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer, within the time limits stipulated according to the service corresponding to the delivery method used.
The invoice will always be sent in electronic PDF format to the email address provided by the customer. It should not be printed unless necessary, so that we can all work together to protect the environment.
4. OFFICIAL WARRANTY
RESINECO guarantees the quality of the products it sells, but cannot guarantee their performance or application, which are beyond its control.
RESINECO will provide the customer with the technical and safety data sheets for the products purchased.
5. INSURANCE
At RESINECO, we understand the risks involved in shipping goods, which is why we make it a priority to insure this part of our service. All goods are insured for their full value against loss, theft or damage.
6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
1. The materials sold by RESINECO are susceptible to ageing over time. We only accept returns of defective material within 15 days of the date of purchase.
2. To begin the exchange or return process, the customer must send us an email to info@resineco.com or call us on 93 001 25 87, indicating the reason for the exchange or return. For returns, customers must provide their bank details so that we can make a transfer to them when we receive the product. In the case of an exchange, the customer must specify the characteristics of the new item they want (reference, measurements, colour, etc.).
3. Any product that you wish to exchange or return must always be in its original, intact packaging and labelling, suitably packaged and properly protected. The item to be returned or exchanged must be in the same condition in which it was received, which will be determined by our experts.
4. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for custom-made items (fibre cut to size, RAL colours on request or special formats).
5. If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part in relation to the shipment, RESINECO will send its transport company to collect the package from the place where the customer received it (if there is a change of address, the customer must specify this in the same message as in point 2). Obviously, RESINECO will bear all costs arising from the return or exchange and subsequent shipment of the correct order in the case of an exchange. Upon receipt of the package, the condition of the product will be checked to ensure that it was indeed due to negligence on our part. Within 7 working days of receipt at our warehouse, we will proceed to send the new product in the case of an exchange and refund the amount in the case of a return. The refund amount will be paid to the customer using the same payment method used for the original order.
7. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
As of 25 May 2018, we must comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. We will only ask you for the data necessary to provide the requested service and it will only be used for this purpose.
This website uses Google Analytics technology to collect visitor behaviour data. This data is collected anonymously for marketing and optimisation purposes. All visitor data is stored with an anonymous identifier to accumulate a usage profile. Cookies may be used to collect and store this data, but they are anonymous. The data will not be used to personally identify a visitor and will not be added to any personal information. The collection and storage of data can be personally rejected with regard to this service.
