Acrylic pigment for Jesmonite resin. Apply a maximum of 2% by weight. AC100 resin produces the most vivid colours as it has a higher acrylic resin content.
Pigments are sold by weight and each colour has a different density, so it may appear that some colours are only half full. This is particularly true of white, oxides and terracotta.
Jesmonite AC84 is a two-component water-based acrylic resin, ideal for creating stone-finished pieces from moulds. Its high resistance and detail fidelity allow for durable and realistic results, with a texture that simulates natural stone, but without the actual weight. It is easy to use, customisable with pigments and safe as it does not emit toxic vapours. Perfect for sculptors, designers and creators of artistic and decorative pieces.

Resin suitable for uses requiring adhesion to expanded polystyrene "porex" / "white cork" as it does not attack or break it down. Ideal for scenery, sets and signs.
Unsaturated orthophthalic polyester resin, dissolved in styrene and methacrylic monomer. Particularly suitable for uses requiring adhesion to expanded polystyrene "porex" / "white cork" as it does not chemically attack it.
For good resistance, it is recommended to apply the resin for porex with a layer of fibreglass, which can be thin, such as 30-gram veil, if the area has many details that need to be respected, or 225-gram or higher MAT fibre can be used.
When using this resin for nautical repairs, it is essential to coat the applied area once dry with a polyester topcoat to obtain maximum resistance to sunlight and permanent contact with water.
The resin does not dissolve expanded or extruded polystyrene on contact, provided it is applied in a thin layer.
IMPORTANT: It should be noted that, as with all polyester resins, if a large amount accumulates, the chemical reaction generates a temperature reaction that can be high, and in this case it could affect the surface, melting the porexpan due to the temperature.

Aerosil and Cabosil are trade names for the same product. It is an additive used to increase the viscosity of epoxy resins, polyester resins and other fluids. 350 g format. Its main component is "pyrogenic silica". It is a very low-density white powder used as a thickener for all types of resins. Please consult us if you need to thicken a resin.
225 gr/m² fiberglass mat ideal for reinforcement in lamination with polyester, vinylester, or epoxy resin. High mechanical strength, excellent adaptability, and easy resin impregnation. Perfect for marine, automotive, construction, and PRFV repair applications.
Finer fibre for first coat or gelcoat reinforcement. Low resin consumption, very useful for reaching all corners. Also suitable for use with Jesmonite resin.
Polyester Resin Catalyst — essential curing initiator for unsaturated polyester resins and gelcoats. Designed to activate the polymerization process and ensure uniform and controlled hardening, this catalyst produces solid, durable, high-quality parts for mold-making, fiberglass laminates, and structural components.
Typical dosage (1.25%–2%) allows precise gel and working time control. Ideal for industrial, marine, automotive, and light construction applications.
